Dr. Mark Stoub is the award winning author of The Fifth Trumpet: Fire in the Blood, the second novel of his thrilling Angus McPherson Mystery series. Dr. Stoub also was awarded the Angell Award - Honorable Mention, given to best emerging writers, for his novel Blood Under the Altar, published by Bald Angel Books, the first of the Angus McPherson series. Angus McPherson is a Presbyterian pastor who investigates murders.
He also won an award in the Texas Press Association’s column-writing contest, 2017. Dr. Stoub is a retired Presbyterian minister who lives in Kyle, Texas.
