Martin A. Frey is Professor Emeritus at The University of Tulsa where he taught for many years at the College of Law. While teaching, Professor Frey was a Senior Adjunct Settlement Judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma and served on a number of site evaluation teams for the Section of Accredition and Admission to the Bar of the American Bar Assocation.
He has written a number of paralegal textbooks but "Captain Hornigold and the Pirate Republic" is his first historical novel.
