M A Florence holds a master's degree in Biology and a secondary science teaching license. In addition to writing, she has worked as a botanist, an adjunct professor and a used bookstore owner. She has two grown children and lives in southwestern Utah with her husband and cat.
Published works include a murder mystery "Red Flag Warning," an illustrated children's book "The Animal Parade," a short story collection "The Gift and Other Stories," and "Remember Me," a suspense, as well as short stories and poems in various anthologies. "Remember Me" is a winner of the Next Generation Indie Book Awards under the Suspense category.
