Dr. Melany Rabideau is from Frederick, Maryland where she earned her Doctorate Degree in Organizational Leadership from Hood College. Dr. Rabideau teaches leadership as an Assistant Professor with the University of Global Health Equity in Rwanda. She views leadership as a skill that can be developed through a lifelong devotion to learning. Her time in Rwanda taught her a lot about leadership and inspired this picture book series making universal leadership lessons inviting to children
