Lauren Simone Publishing House publishes books written for children and written and illustrated by young talent. The mission of Lauren Simone House is to publish engaging children stories written by nontraditional authors; to expand the diversity of groups not often represented in literary works; educate and improve children's understanding of their academic and social experiences; and empower young authors and illustrators by providing a platform to highlight their skills, build their portfolio, increase their self-esteem, and enhance their marketability. The company was founded July 29, 2016 and the first book was published February 2017.
