He is the author of 11 novels, three non-fiction sports books, and one short story collection. He is co-founder of the Bluegrass Writers Coalition and is a former president of the Friends of the Paul Sawyier Public Library.
Embry lives in Frankfort, Ky., with his wife, Mary, and two chorkies, Bailey and Belle.
