Myra Miller, PhD, was born and raised in Dixon, Missouri. She is an adjunct professor at Missouri State University where she teaches business communication. Her first book was as a ghostwriter for Amos Borntreger, Seven Figure Amish: From Buggy to Benz, published in mid-2016. Now she has collaborated with her siblings (Ken, Del, Marshall, and Lynette) to produce a beautiful book, Soldiers' Stories: A Collection of WWII Memoirs. The Miller family compiled over 140+ stories of ordinary men and women who lived, were wounded or killed during WWII. This colorful page-turner has 500+ photographs, and many illustrations by Ken Miller (her brother) in this 338-page masterpiece! The Miller Family was recently named as a winner of the 2017 Ella Dickey Literacy Award for historical preservation through literature.
