I was born in Venezuela in a medical family, my father was an adult gastroenterologist from very early I was introducing by care of people and patients. I graduate in Universidad Central de Venezuela as medical surgeon, immediately got married with my beautiful wife also medical doctor and we move to Austin Texas were we complete our pediatric training, we continue achieving higher goal and start a pediatric gastroenterology fellowship Louisiana State University, LSU with additional training in TULANE university where I graduate as pediatric gastroenterologist and maintaining my pediatric certification and pediatric gastroenterology certification continuously over 20 years. I started my medical practice on full pediatric gastroenterology clinic practice, where I was covering daily no stop until current day and covering 4 hospitals pediatric medical flours, 3 pediatric intensive care unit and 3 neonatal intensive care units and nurseries. In part of my practice, I dedicate a large time to training and educating parents to maximize infant nutrition and prevent infant feeding complications. In addition, I create and infant feeding scale and Dr Spinetti’s perfect feeding bottle for my medical practice with tremendous success to prevent infant feeding complication and minimizing medication and formulas unnecessary uses. I continue practicing full time and began in 2022 and educate out of my medical practice and take this knowledge to any family and anyone that can benefit from my years of infant feeding medical experience
