N.M. Charles worked in financial services before finding her true calling as a writer and entrepreneur. She also has multiple jobs which include being a doctor, chef, cleaner, negotiator, teacher, personal assistant, birthday party organizer, entertainer, chief financial officer, personal stylist, life guard, translator, investigator, life coach and psychic (aka 'Mama' to her 2 lovely daughters). N.M. lives in New York City where she works with various groups to improve health literacy in the cancer space.
