Pasquale Varallo is a former Tomb Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Solder located in Arlington National Cemetery. After his service, he raised four children with the love of his life, Eileen. He was a loyal bus driver and wrote poetry throughout his adult life, publishing several books on his own. Pasquale lives in Philadelphia and enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren. Jennifer Gordon met Pasquale through a mutual friend and was immediately drawn to his story and writing talent. She has a Masters in Education and currently advises students at Montgomery County Community College. She enjoys writing, history, and spending time with family. Assisting Pasquale with this project has been a highlight of her life.
