I am a communications consultant and started my own business in 2004. I live in NYC and am fortunate to be able to start almost every morning in Central Park for a run or a walk. The two things that matter most to me are my book, Not That Girl Anymore, because I believe it can help people, and my darling cat Olive who made me believe I was capable of feeling love.
