RD Gupta is the author of The Icarus Prediction and resides in the suburbs of Washington, DC. His background is in the Information Technology but he got the idea for the novel after talking to some of his colleagues in finance on how high stakes dealmaking "gets done". Five years in the making, and with some help from a New York Times Bestselling Author, the novel is finally complete. The work is entirely fictional, however, you can draw your own conclusions :).

Ironically, although RD reads vigorously, he had not read a traditional novel in over 20 years until he wrote "The Icarus Prediction".
