Graduated from SMU with BFA in 1968. As a musician, played with Steve Miller and Boz Scaggs  from 1957 to 1961, had a hit record, "Suzanne" in 1964. Had a charted bluegrass CD "Collage" with Bluegrass great MIke Auldridge and Rocker Steve Miller in 1998. As an artist have had paintings in numerous galleries in Texas. Am currently in several East Texas galleries. As a writer have penned magazine articles including one feature and one cover. Published first book, The Panhandle Murders, in 2012;  Kensington in 2017. My new book, Caves, will be published in summer of 2018. A book of short stories will follow.
