Robert A. Klinck is a lawyer and the managing member of Klinck LLC, a practice focusing on patent infringement litigation and licensing. He represents patent owners and accused infringers in patent infringement matters, including pre-suit negotiations and active litigation.
Klinck received his BA from the University of Texas at Austin and his JD degree from Harvard Law School. During law school, he was a finalist in the Ames Moot Court Competition, a regional finalist in the ATLA Mock Trial Competition, and a member of the Harvard Journal on Legislation’s leadership team.
After graduation, Klinck clerked for the Honorable Richard S. Arnold on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. While there, he also taught a seminar at the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
