Shelby Wagner is a retired music teacher, church musician, and author. Born in Arkansas, she grew up in Michigan where she married and raised two children. She earned two bachelor degrees from Oakland University, Rochester, MI, (BA and BMus) and a Master’s from Michigan State University. She is listed in the 1990-1991 Edition of Marquis Who’s Who in the Midwest,. She now resides in Southwest Michigan.
