Stephanie Ellis writes dark speculative prose and poetry and has been published in a variety of magazines and anthologies, including Off Limits Press Far From Home, Silver Shamrock’s Midnight in the Pentagram and Midnight from Beyond the Stars,and Demain Publishing’s A Silent Dystopia. Her poetry has been published in the HWA Poetry Showcase Volumes VI and VII as well as in the collections, The Art of Dying and Dark is my Playground; her dark nursery rhymes are to be found in One, Two, I See You.

Longer work includes the folk horror novel, The Five Turns of the Wheel and the gothic novella, Bottled, both published by Silver Shamrock. Her new short story collection, As the Wheel Turns – More Tales from the Weald features stories set in the world of the Five Turns. She is co-editor of Trembling With Fear, HorrorTree.com's online magazine and also co-editor at the female-centric, Black Angel Press, producing the Daughters of Darkness anthologies.
