Subani Maheshwari is a physician in the Philadelphia area. She loves reading and coming up with new stories together with her husband and two young girls. Subani’s stories are often inspired by her daughter’s conversations and questions. Her debut book, Rainbow, Rainbow in the Sky, was inspired by their curiosity about rainbow formation. Subani wrote Melody the Unicorn and the Beauty Within, the first book in the Melody the Unicorn series when her daughters asked questions about their hair and skin color.
