S.W. Quinn is an author, copywriter, and executive producer, and the creative force behind the award-winning RUNAWAY SILVER™ series of middle grade books. Quinn's writing career began in earnest in 2005, when he penned the first draft of the series at only 18 years old while undergoing chemotherapy. A deep love for the story and its characters carried him through his health trials. Over the ensuing years, Quinn earned a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, where a subsequent draft about Lily Lilac became his thesis manuscript. A native of the foothills of American Appalachia, Quinn's fascination with the frontier, and his musings over what might lurk just on the other side of the mountain, are each reflected in vivid countryside and mountainous settings. Today, Quinn resides in scenic Bucks County with his family, carrying on the work of creating bold, imaginative narratives to captivate wide audiences.
