Tyjuanna is from Canton Mississippi the 4th child of 5. The daughter of Bettie Jackson and Clint Nicholson. She has one daughter, Brook who is the apple of her eye. Tyjuanna graduated from Jackson State University in 1995 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She draws her inspiration for writing from her youngest brother Cedric who passed away some 23 years ago from a muscle debilitating disease. Who was always positive and never let anyone make him feel like he could not do anything he put his mind to.
