Bill Gray was born in New York City. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and the University of Florida Law School.. He retired from the United States Naval Reserves in 2005 with the rank of Commander. Bill's life-long interest in William Shakespeare led him to undertake writing and publishing the labor of love that is Love's Labour's Won:The Secret Life of William Shakespeare. Bill enjoys writing both poetry and prose, and he is a fan of both the University of Florida's and the United States Naval Academy's football teams.
