Zack is a former restaurateur, amateur stuntman, and professional sleeper. He’s a current food and wine snob, movie geek, a bottomless pit of worthless information, and the author of the novel “Island of the Lost Souls.” He likes loud rock music and believes that the tortilla might be the greatest culinary creation of all time. He also has a profound dislike of the Grateful Dead, curling, light beer, anything with the word “mild” in front of it, and cranky people with bland tastebuds. He grew up on the west side of Tucson, has a B.A. in Creative Writing from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and currently lives with his wife in a heavily guarded compound protected by an army of vicious, blood-thirsty prairie dogs somewhere in the vicinity of Park City, Utah.
