Rona is a young naive girl with big dreams and aspirations filling her sneakers. She runs through life, in sunny Sourh Florida, thinking all will go as she planned. As she matures and evolves into womanhood, the tennis shoes are replaced with stilettos. There is no transitional period in wearing wedges to prepare her for the shoe change. In learning to walk, she goes through the pain to break in her shoes. The journey is not one of comfort, but of necessity. Rona must learn to walk without tripping and falling, regardless of the shoes worn.
