The author does an exceptional job of depicting the juxtaposition of being a follower of Christ and living with mental illness. His message (raw at times) that you can't do this alone, and the strength to daily confront life through faith, filters throughout the book. Every church should have a copy of this book to share with their flock who are experiencing mental illness.
