Are You a Bird Like Me?
Are You a Bird Like Me? is a story about a newly hatched bird named Sky who believes her nest is the “whole entire world,” until she falls out of it! Unable to fly, Sky sets out to find her parents and explores a fascinating world beyond her nest. She learns valuable lessons about friendship, bravery, perseverance and the amazing things that can happen when we work together, even with others who are not “just like us.” This is a story to inspire kids and adults that differences aren’t dividers but contributors to a common goal.

Noel Foy has done it again! Her first book "ABC Worry Free" is a wonderful story that teaches children strategies on how to deal with anxiety.

Her newest book "Are You a Bird Like Me" is such a beautifully illustrated, sweet story that has many lessons. The one that resonates with me the most is that our differences should be celebrated and our uniqueness can and should be used to help others to create a more harmonious world to live in.
If we can take a lesson from Sky, then surely the Sky's the Limit!
I have recently given this book for 2 baby shower gifts and the moms to be love it!
This book should be in every classroom as well as on families book shelves.
