This is a contemporary fiction comedy: Vladimir Ruska, a shiftless Russian corner-cutting immigrant, gets kicked out of the US for violating his visa, and for piling up hundreds of dollars in unpaid parking tickets. Using his knowledge of America, he returns to his impoverished, rural town in Russia and starts a successful knockoff of McDonalds, called McRuskies. His entire Russian clan joins the venture.  Ultimately, all of them emigrate to the US, and Vladimir returns with a new, positive attiude;  he becomes a model new citizen of the US. The story satirizes rural Russian life. The characters, behind closed doors, reveal their true feelings about life in Russia, and their government. In this story, all the Russian characters except one speak English with a Russan accent.  VLADIMIR: "In America, they watching you everywhere you go.  You dump old paint in river, they watch you and put you in jail!"   BORIS: "Who watching you?" VLADIMIR:  "The 'E' 'P' 'P' 'A'."   BABUSHKA:  "So we got KGB, FSB. And America got 'E' 'P' 'P' 'A'.  Everyting same wherever you go. No different."
