In a house, Kaitlyn is flipping for profit, she finds a dead body.
I found this book unique, adventurous, and fun.
Unique: I've never read a book about people who renovate houses in order to sell them. Heard of people that did that, but never read about them. I liked the setting.
Adventurous: Kaitlyn obviously likes a challenge and trying to solve a crime in which she's a suspect is an exciting plot. What happens from scene to scene adds suspense and drama. It doesn't seem to go well for Kaitlyn, who makes things worse for herself.
Fun: It was an enjoyable read. I liked it.
