Following Amur

Have you ever wanted to make a difference in the world, but you feel so small, so insignificant?

Does your life feel out of your control, and you have no idea how to find yourself again?

This is exactly how Bia, a young woman living in Los Angeles, feels about her life that has been spiraling into an oblivion she refuses to face.

If you liked The Way of the Peaceful Warrior, The Celestine Prophecy, or any "slice of life" changing stories then follow the white tiger on a humorous, heart-felt, soul touching adventure.

Along with a dash of down-to-earth of humor, a twist of mystical, and a cast of crazy characters, Amur leads us on a philosophical journey into the heart of the wilderness and humanity: what is the purpose of our short, silly, little lives, and what do you do with a tiger on your couch?

SYNOPSIS

Bia had once been a musical virtuoso by the age of twelve, but a series of traumatic events changed her life forever. She now lives alone in an apartment along with her neglected plants and an upside down goldfish with a swim bladder issue.

However, when a quirky old man in orange robes becomes her new roommate a cascade of even stranger events starts to overwhelm her otherwise lousy, caffeinated life.

Besides the Siberian tiger that mysteriously shows up on her couch, Bia is kidnapped by an unlikely duo and dragged on a bizarre journey into the Sierra Nevada mountains. There she must confront her terrible past, the true identity of the strange monk, and the void within her.

Or maybe she just shouldn't have drunk that special tea.
