There are many books to read about finding happiness within, goodness knows we need them. The difference with Christina’s Goebel’s book was the organization of the chapters. Different exercises were built solidly on the previous ones. You cannot help but learn, if you read it. Easy to read and follow does not mean superficial, however. In my practice, I recommend certain books to my clients. This one will be on the list, it’s great for families and book study groups. It teaches unconditional love at a very high level. You won’t be disappointed. Lesley Lupo

GoldenHeart is encouraging and easy to understand. The author offers practical advice and ideas that raised my awareness of daily "small" opportunities to demonstrate kindness and effectively communicate love to those around me. This book became the beginning of an important conversation with someone close to me and brought about a positive change in a difficult aspect of my life.

I also appreciated the list of groups/resources available to help yourself or others around you with particular needs. The sense of being powerless over a problem is one of the reasons many do not do more to make wrong things right or participate in hands-on kindness that might bring about real, positive change. If more people were aware of the groups/resources offered in this book, that sense of powerlessness might disappear as it did for me.Sarah VanDeBogart

Thank you for sharing such an inspiring message, Christina! You genuinely have a 'Golden Heart.' This is a message that we all need to hear and put into action. The only way to truly love humanity is to show our love through purposeful action. I love when you said, "Our intentions are useless to others unless we act." You live your message, Christina. I recommend this book to anyone aspiring to live a life of purpose.

Christina’s unique writing is a journey of self-discovery. Each chapter brings a new lesson which is explained by her true life experiences. She makes each lesson to be learned realistic and familiar. The advice is easy to understand and apply. We came to know Christina through her personal pilgrimage. Her courage in sharing her story makes her more than a Golden Heart. She is also a Brave Heart. This insightful book makes a wonderful addition to our self-exploration and growth. We send Christina our best wishes as she inspires us and others to join The Fellowship of GoldenHeart.

Christina Goebel has given us a tool to ward off care giver burn out with great group building dynamic exercises. As a retired hospice nurse I found this to be a rewarding grief and bereavement tool or just a work team building with heart.Cynthia Castle
