Three high school friends take on a powerful businessman to change the agricultural market and save their family's farm.

Hal Driver, a recent graduate from Harvard Business School, receives a distressing call. His family farm, a place filled with cherished memories, is on the verge of being seized by the IRS.

His father, the pillar of their family, has suffered a heart attack. Overwhelmed with concern, Hal rushes back home to lend a hand.

Upon his return, he is met with the devastating sight of their potato crop, once a source of pride, now failing and unsellable. Hal teams up with his friends Steve and Debit Cash to sell their potatoes in Japan by promoting them as having special health benefits.

They convince Yasumi, the daughter of a Japanese food mogul, and her dad that their potatoes could solve world hunger.

As Hal and Yasumi grow closer, a powerful trader, Hamilton Steel, gets involved, guiding Hal through a complex business deal. Hal sets up a fake underwater farm to prove their plan works, but a lab test reveals the potatoes might be dangerous.

Refusing to give up, Hal and his friends put on an amazing show filled with chaos.
