We always suspected that we were not alone in the Universe. The “Charter” is a collection of alien races that have ruled the galaxy for thousands of years. For better or for worse, the Charter established contact with Earth. Earth is now woven into their alliance. Nick Everroot is a new graduate from the Charter’s Academy.
