Global war allowed the creation of single world government which ordered the fitting of an identity microchip in every newborn. Society is fully controlled and under constant surveillance. Two young rebels break out of their own country and seek sanctuary in the only country the world president does not control. They discover themselves and each other and encounter people with extraordinary capabilities but their flight triggers massive retribution and their journey is fraught with danger, amplified by it happening in the end times.
