Why did you write Living All In?
I initially wrote a guide for my clients and included my favorite coaching exercise. Then an author friend encouraged me to broaden my audience, hire an editor and designer, and create a book. I began writing during the great shutdown of 2020 and was published last month. Living All In is written in love—for my clients, for you, and as a reminder to myself of the things that are working for me now. . . .
What were some ideas that were important for you to share in this book?
It is important for me to share with others that they are not broken and do not need fixing. Our personal development journeys begin from where and who we are right now. We can bring our mess and magnificence to the growth process. I also wanted to share how to create a mindset that serves the reader. We all know it is a good idea to think positive thoughts. I wanted to explain how to do that with practical tools. The tools I’ve laid out in Living All In will help people create narratives, labels, and a focus that serves them, then dump those that don’t. . . .
Not many can say that they were born and raised in Silicon Valley, California before it became the tech juggernaut that it is today. Chris Janssen can. She was born and raised in Santa Clara County and her parents’ work ethic paved the path for her success today as a wife, mother, life coach and author of her recently published book, Living All In. . . .
