This is a heartfelt, gesture of inclusion for anyone who has ever been a victim of bullying or abuse. It also reaches out to the bully and the abuser to offer a “way back”. I appreciate that there are tasks, exercises and questionnaires to assist in defining what and how a person might feel. I saw the review from what I can only imagine is a sad troll acknowledging this author’s financial status and I have this to say, regardless of how gilded the cage, if you are suffering the trauma of past abuse, you will still benefit from the information in this book. I could easily see this book being a resource for programs supporting people processing the wounds of their pasts.
