Mortimer Grim is a tween thrust into adulthood when he loses his family and is forced to take over his family's business: a Funeral Parlor. He accidentally unleashes a horde of ghosts on his small town, and turns his best friend, Cecilia, into a bloodthirsty monster! To set things right, he will have to find a new family to help him, save Cecilia, send all the ghosts on to whatever is next, and stop the evil Miss Snoot from ruining him, his business, and his family name.
