My letter from Donald J. Trump

You responded to me and I understand what you said. I asked to V.A. to reconsider their ruling. They are. I have another matter that is directly related to that case. I did not file a misdiagnosis claim and that is what it is. I had 3 surgeries on my heart, and they performed an angiogram. I was told my arteries were fine. I could walk at the time but not run. I had severe pain my legs and buttocks. That was in 2010. My heart was getting weaker. The V.A. sent me to the congestive heart failure clinic. The changed my medications and sent to cardiac rehab. They wanted to strengthen my legs by walking. I complied. I asked for an MRI on my legs because of the pain. I thought I tore a muscle. They performed some sort of xray on my legs and it looked like I had no blood flow to my lower legs. The doctor at the V.A. ordered a test called an arteriogram. It revealed that I had Peripheral artery disease or peripheral vascular disease. One artery in my leg was completely blocked and they performed a surgery on my leg to reopen the artery. It was a balloon procedure. That was on 5/18/2021. This was missed in 2010 and has went untreated for years by the V.A. They have not put me on blood thinners and elevated the doses on others. I am not a lawyer. This has cost me my career. This has caused further injury to my heart. I have not taken any legal action. I did file for disability with the V.A. because of this newfound condition. I believe I inherited this from my father who died of arteriosclerosis at 39. Can I sue for personal injury and damages because of this failure to diagnosis this condition directly related to my health conditions?
