Aging land orca, Eccolong is unearthing the bunker which holds the remains of the last human to survive on earth after civilization collapsed in the early 22nd century. Eccolong is challenged by traditionalist orcas who believe that they are the first sentient beings to inhabit the land above the sea. Orcas have developed the ability to live on land about 1 million years after humasn became extinct. this is the story of the struggle between the orca traditionalists and Eccolong who continues to uncover evidence of the earlier human civilization.
