I work in a library and have purchased all three books and my "Book Worms" both older and the teen set really enjoy them.
What is importent to me....the books are exciting, page turners and you feel a relationship to Alex and his family.
He doesn't feel the need to put dirty words or big sex scenes un- suitable for the younger set.
I would highly recommend all three books starting the "Dead Energy" first as they are a series.

I just watched a movie based on the Heinlein time paradox of a man whose mother and father are also him:
Predestination.
So time travel and changing the future for the better
can have unique effects, but the action with two Yellowstone explosions is non-stop in this new adventure.
I enjoyed the novel and the Alex Cave "cave man" is becoming a familiar adventure
hero.
