This was an amazing read! So many of the same or similar beliefs, Thank You For sharing this wonderful experience with me can't wait until book 2!! I am going to read it again while waiting!
This book may be a good choice to gift someone you want to explain what yoga is as a practice. It is not an exercise manual but an autobiographical account of yoga. There are some exercises at the end of the book that might be helpful. There are references to ancient texts and Hollywood blockbusters.
Kelli is a brilliant and fun story teller!! I read this feel good story in just a few short hours. Life is a crazy ride. I love how Kelli invites you to turn it into an adventuresome quest to embrace the uniqueness of your personal journey. Nothing is perfect and nothing is easy. Pain is the way to enlightenment but so is curiosity. Embrace your journey and live your moment.
This book is a great way to begin understanding how to develop your intuition. Kelli shares moments from her life experience and spiritual journey to relate the "intuitive way of living" in modern terms. Her story is very relatable. Each chapter begins with a spiritual quote that sets the mood. This book is also a very ideal entry point into philosophy. Philosophical text can be difficult to read at times but this book is very easy to digest.
