This is a fictitious account of a true story that happened one summer in Denver Colorado. It illustrates that being kind to injured wildlife is such an important lesson to teach our children as we encroach upon their habitat. In Denver as more of the few natural habitats are destroyed to make the make way for housing, it is important that we exercise consideration for the displaced wildlife that we inadvertently encounter in our daily life.
