This is the first book that presents a feasible solution that stops, or even everses, the rise of sea level. Before tat, the world assumes that the rise of sea level is unstoppable. The proposed solution is to use a portion of the water the rivers of the world discharge into the open seas (oceans, seas, and gulfs) to plant 100 billion shade and fruit trees, irrigate 240 million acres of agricultural crops, and produce 10 billion cubic meters of potable water each year.
