A klutzy girl bumbling her way through her twenties finds a waitressing job in a New York Italian restaurant. Insanity ensues.
Wry, witty, and a superbly real. The story made for a delightful read approachable by all, the main character is instantly likable, and easy to empathize with, or, at the very least for anyone who has been in the service industry. Perhaps this should become mandatory training material for the service biz....
This is a really fun, upbeat and entertaining romantic comedy about a young woman with two left feet waiting tables in New York. The protagonist, Sibby, is quirky, witty, and lovable in all the right ways. The best parts of the book are the hilarious experiences and encounters that Sibby has with restaurant guests. If you've ever worked in the restaurant industry, or know someone that has, you will definitely appreciate this part of the book. Overall great work, I highly recommend it.
A great read that does not disappoint. I laughed out loud....more than once! The comic relief of a modern day truth is so refreshing.
