This book shows and explains in dabbed, how to correctly lunge horses. To be able to lunge classically is not easy. It takes many years of practicing and studying the correct way of going. I want to share the skills that I’ve learned for 51 years of doing and practicing it. It started when my teacher Christina de Nobel, one day came to me and told me to lunge a young mare – a 3 years old mare. She showed me how to do it for 10 minutes and then left. A minute later the mare stood on her back legs and came towards me with the mouth open. That was the start and the only lesson I received about lunging.
