The Broken Whistle
The Broken Whistle is a searing exposé that unveils a chilling chapter in American history, a narrative meticulously recounted by Pedro Israel Orta. Within these walls, truth becomes an enemy, and those who dare to speak out face ruthless retribution and termination. Pedro, who has experience working with the CIA, provides a first-hand description of his time there and some insights into the organization's inner workings. Are your perceptions about the CIA, based on what they release to the public, accurate? The answer lies in The Broken Whistle. Pedro Israel Orta describes his fruitless quest for justice within a dishonest system. Read as he reveals layers of deceit and exposes a purportedly just system for what it truly is.

The Broken Whistle was a fascinating and educational read that revealed several previously undiscovered facts concerning the CIA. Reading the book helped me understand this organization and the façade they put on while also enlightening me.

One thing I greatly admired about The Broken Whistle was the author's courage and dedication to seeing the truth prevail and justice be adequately served. Despite his various travails and individuals trying to stop him from speaking out, Pedro didn't give up and wrote about his experiences. He wrote this book not for personal gains or to seek fame but to enable more people to know the truth. Not everyone will speak up when an injustice occurs, especially when they have much to lose. However, Pedro didn't just speak out; he went to every length to see that the truth was made known.

The Broken Whistle was a thorough and interesting book. The book's author went into great detail, clearly describing every subject and not leaving out even the smallest details. An example was when the author narrated his work as a stock clerk. He included information about the tasks associated with the position, such as wiping the bottoms of the clothes racks, and he provided sufficient justification for these cleanings. The book's level of information allowed me to follow along with ease.

Regretfully, something I noticed in The Broken Whistle was an issue. During reading, I observed that the author occasionally blocked out words from sentences, which frequently resulted in an unfinished sentence or paragraph. This became a challenge for me since, in these instances, I discovered that I was sometimes not understanding a paragraph and not getting the complete information he was trying to convey. If there were details the author didn't want the reader to see, he would not have included them at all.

Apart from the problem above, I had no other issues with the book, and it was professionally edited. I would give The Broken Whistle a rating of 4 out of 5 stars with one star deducted due to the issue I had with the book. This book would be suited for people interested in knowing the inner workings of the CIA and the government's intelligence system.

THE BROKEN WHISTLE: A DEEP STATE RUN AMOK - MEMOIR OF A CIA WHISTLEBLOWER

A THRILLING EXPOSE UNVEILING A DEEP STATE BENT ON DESTROYING DISSENT TO PRESERVE ITS POWER.

TULSA, OKLAHOMA, USA, November 30, 2023 / EINPresswire.com / -- Central Intelligence Agency, veteran and author Pedro Israel Orta, shines a light on the corrupt Intelligence Community whistleblower processes in his book “The Broken Whistle: A Deep State Run Amok.” Orta meticulously recounts the rampant abuse of power by the U.S. National Security Bureaucratic State, also known as the Deep State—a corrupt world hidden from prying eyes and shielded by Congress’s deafening silence and inaction to hold it accountable.

The Broken Whistle reveals the brazen perversion and weaponization of the whistleblower processes to target a sitting president. Orta lays bare his harrowing journey, navigating the treacherous corridors of the Central Intelligence Agency, where truth becomes an enemy, and those who dare to speak truth to power face ruthless retribution and termination. “Now here I was, post-Snowden, relying on a system President Obama, Congress, and IC leaders had touted as successful and functional. But was it truly working? My case exposed it as nothing more than a sham. Would the CIA and the IC attempt to rectify the situation? Did they genuinely desire to fix the broken system? Or would they persist in employing their illegal bullying tactics to silence whistleblowers? I was determined to take action, offering them an opportunity to correct their behavior.” —From The Broken Whistle
