The Desert Kingdom

The Desert Kingdom follows a group of Egypt’s best warriors on a mission to free a kingdom that is in charge of the majority of trails and passages to the East of Egypt from the iron grip of an army comprised of mercenaries, disgruntled warriors that were thrown out of their country’s army, and who turned raiders and robbers from many armies. These are the men without souls, without heart, without pity. Torture, murder, rape, theft, and the burning of villages, towns, and cities from Greece to as far east as Nadira down to the ocean South on the Arabian Peninsula.
There are four large and two smaller enemy armies in the desert kingdom charging money to use passages or trails or taking entire caravans. The leader was located in a castle two hundred miles North of Dumah (the capital of our allies and partners in trade.) They also have killed and enslaved tens of thousands of people and taken everything of value they could find. Cities, towns, and villages are now enslaved by the rebels or raiders. They cover the four directions of the main trade routes used in this part of the world. They either steal the goods or collect large payments from the caravans’ cities and towns in the areas they control. Sometimes they kill all the people and just take the whole caravan. Egypt and many countries rely on these trade routes for a large part of their income. Egypt and its allies are losing fortunes in revenue. Not to mention the large cost in lives.
The Desert Kingdom follows two previous books, but stands alone as an exciting read by itself.
