A lot of new ideas presented in this book. I would compare this book to the Mastery of Love, which the author quotes a few times, with little less spirituality and more psychology and made simple. A great read to introduce teens and young adults to awareness. My son finished it rather quickly and I found him reading it again in his room. This was the first book my son has ever finished reading and I feel like the author designed it that way. An easy read, packed with powerful information and a sense of accomplishment, then the proceeds are donated to charity. A win-win. The author made this book easy to understand with real life examples. I highly recommend this book
