Siblings Luke and Ellie are the last survivors of an ancient line of seers. When Luke stumbles into a near-hostage situation with members of a hidden society who might or might not be human, Ellie turns to the other members of Viper Insane, an all-women street-racing gang, in hopes of rescuing him.
