When Bennett Monroe dropped out of the sky at the age of Twenty-six and landed on a sidewalk amongst a group of chattering women, you might think that it would have come as a surprise to him. He would often find himself in a time or place not of his choosing and his abilities had been arrived at through consequence, not by inclination. Doomed to a life where he was neither welcomed nor believed by anyone, apart from his loyal companion, Cynthia, Bennett must work for a madman he grudgingly calls ‘master’ and who forces them to twist and change events throughout time in order to realize his aberrant goal.
