This is the story of my journey through mental health issues, into recovery and beyond.  It has been a journey that is emotional and spiritual in nature and one that has taught me a great deal. I am hoping that my journey will inspire others to reach for the best that they can be. 

My story begins in my childhood and my mothers struggle with a mental health condition. The often times chaotic and upsetting moments in my life have taught me so much. I try to pass on some of the things I have learned to others if they wish to know and know that despite the problems I have faced I do still have a value and worth in life.
