A young man awakens with no memory of who he is, in the midst of a mental hospital for the criminally insane. After suffering horrific visions of women being slain by three killers, he comes to the conclusion that these events are actually occurring for real, and not just in his head. Eventually, the attention of the killers is drawn toward him, and they realize someone is watching. It then becomes a desperate race for the young man to escape the facility before the killers known as Trinity hunt him down.
