Two novella length books: “The Hated” explores a different side of East Hampton, rife with crimes of violence, vicious gangs and secret organizations. “A Man’s Partner” brings Jericho back to his old precinct, East Harlem, where he must investigate his partner’s death, much like the noir fiction detective, Sam Spade. As in all Jericho books, the reader should be prepared for a shocking ending.
